Fraser Valley Sockeye has a crisp and clean flesh making it ideal raw (for sashimi and sushi) or cooked .
Our fish are cultured in pure, natural spring water and fed 100% with natural ingredient diet. No antibiotics or other vaccinations are used in the culture of any of our fish, including our Sockeye salmon.
